Well today was a Public Holiday in SA, but here in Cape Town the weather was a bit drab so I thought I would brighten things up a bit by introducing you to Time’s new assistant, Casey Nan. Casey will be helping us at markets etc and will make her debut this coming Saturday at the You , Me and Everyone we know market at the Labia theatre.  Casey also designs and makes dresses and works at an art gallery in the uber cool Cape Quatar. My Christmas wish list .......

Soooo, its that time of the year again and with just under 2 weeks to go, I thought it best if I put up my wish list. Some items are really a splurge, but others start at a measly R150!!!! Feel free to donate online, as you wish in order to fulfill mine :-) First up we have the stunning little Hyundai i20. I imagine my boot being piled to the brim with vintage finds. I want it in charcoal.

Next up we have a beautiful Longines watch. I have never owned a decent watch in my life and it is one of fashion’s must-have accessory.

Thirdly, a blackberry bold. I feel that I must be the ONLY peanut in the whole entire world who doesnt have one yet. I like the cream one. I cant wait to start BBM’ming and also want to use the Foursquare application which lets everyone know where I’m eating, drinking and shopping!

The latest Annie Lennox CD, affectionately called A christmas cornucopia. She has the voice of an angel. Enough said!

Everytime I walk past Crabtree & Evelyn in Canal Walk, I just want to go in and buy everything. Have heard so much about their handcreams.

I have started collecting beautiful minature perfume bottles and put them on an old printers tray I found. I want to add a few more and Clicks are selling them for R69.99

And finally, last but by no means least. A decent, comfortable bathing costume that is vintage inspired and covers the sub-saharan continent.
