Outing to Melkbos

The other day, we had our weekly ladies meeting at the Farmhouse farm stall in Melkbos.  I had breakfast there and then headed off to see if 3 of my vintage suppliers still exist. Well unfortunately 2 of them have closed - Pandora’s in West Beach, and EAC, also in Westbeach. Luckily for me, Storer’s in Melkbos hadn’t so I popped in there and came out with a gorgeous cream, chiffon dress for R150!  They had some lovely vintage evening dresses. I also popped in at @lantiques and found the chair of my dreams for my personal boudoir. That chair you can view under the find of the week.

1. Yesterday was our first market and I must say, we will definately be doing it again. The weather played along for most of the day until a breeze appeared and the only dissapointment was the fact thatthe bokwurst guy wasnt there again :-( Check out these pics and follow them on Facebook.
